Seattle, Washington, August 25, 2010 – MTG Management Consultants, LLC, announces significant developments in its Seattle-based practice. MTG is a management consulting firm helping state and local government agencies address their management and technology issues and opportunities. Gartner's new report, N-DEx: The Future of Nationwide Information Sharing in the U.S. (January 27, 2010) recommends Sypherlink as a vendor to work with when implementing NIEM.

Within the "Steps to Take" section of the report, Gartner analyst Jeff Vining recommends accelerating the up-front extraction, transformation and loading of data through automation tools. According to Vining, "Mapping tasks are largely manual efforts that are prone to errors and inconsistencies." He recomends the use of automated tools, such as those offered by Sypherlink, to extract, transform and load data and accelerate mapping tasks.
