| In 2005, Congress established a grant program providing initial funding and guidelines and standards to help states plan, implement, or enhance their Statewide Automation Victim Information and Notification (SAVIN) Programs. This SAVIN program is being administered by the Bureau of Justice Assistance (BJA). The IJIS Institute was selected by BJA to develop and publish these guidelines and standards for these programs. ... |
